Perfect DIY Kit for Regripping Your Clubs

I re-grip my own clubs, and this kit is a fantastic option for DIYers. The grip tape is the perfect size, the solvent works great, and the included rubber vise clamp is a nice bonus that makes the process smoother. What I like: Complete Kit: Everything you need to get started—no extra trips to the store. Quality Materials: Tape sticks well, solvent is effective, and the clamp holds securely. Sharp Hook Knife: Be careful—it’s very sharp, but it makes removing old grips easy. Great Value: High-quality components at a reasonable price. If you’re into maintaining your own clubs, this kit is a no-brainer. I’ve used it multiple times and will definitely keep it stocked.

Pretty Good Regripping Kit for the Price

This repair kit includes everything needed to replace golf club grips: tape strips, removal knife, solvent, and rubber clamp shaft holder. The knife is retractable and worked pretty well, although I had to perform several cuts on the old grip to remove it. The tape adheres pretty well to the shaft, just take your time to adhere it straight without wrinkles. That will make installing the new grip easier. It took me a couple of attempts to get the rubber clamp to sit in my vice so that it held the club shaft, but that, too, worked pretty well. The solvent seems to be pretty good too. The instructions were pretty clear to follow, although I had a hard time finding the two halves of the tape when adhering it to the club shaft. I found it better to let the solvent to rest on the club shaft a couple of minutes before I was able to push the new grip onto shaft. Overall, quite pleased.

Perfect to replace up to 3 grips.

Great item. Everything I needed to replace my putter grip. ( the grip was a separate purchase). The liquid was great for replacing one grip as it must be used liberally. If you are regrouping more than 3 clubs. It is not nearly enough.
