The mulligan policy

Everyone deserves a mulligan now and then. If a Champkey product is not right, the process runs through the store you ordered from.

1. Open the order on the partner store's order page.
2. Choose return or replacement and pick a reason.
3. Follow the label and drop-off instructions shown there.

Warranty questions

Warranty claims are handled on the same order page. If you are unsure whether something is a fault or a set-up issue, ask the starter first; many grip and mat questions are solved in one email.
